HOW LONG DOES THIS PROMOTION RUN FOR AND WHEN DO I NEED TO GET MY CLAIM IN BY?

The promotion is based on purchases made between the 11th May – 3rd June 2020. Final claims need to be submitted by AEST 11:59PM, 3rd July 2020.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY $250 DIGITAL PREPAID MASTERCARD?

Visit the Claim Page here and input all requested details, upload a scanned copy of your purchase receipt and submit the fully completed online claim form. You will be contacted by one of our team members who will advise on the status of your submission when available.

HOW DOES A DIGITAL PREPAID MASTERCARD WORK?

If your claim is successful you will receive a text message with an activation code within 10 business days of the valid email. This text message will also include the link to the Mobile Pay website, operated by Edge loyalty. You will use that code to redeem your $250 Digital Prepaid Mastercard. Follow the prompts to add the Mobile Pay card to your mobile wallet.

If you do not have a supported Apple or Android smart phone, you will be sent an incompatible alert notification and will prompted to visit a webpage to make a Customer Claim to receive an alternative reward, being a physical prepaid eftpos® gift card

HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ENTRY?

Our team will contact you throughout the validation process; this includes notifying you when entries have been submitted and received, valid, pending or invalid. Entries that are made pending, will require resubmission based on the details supplied in the email. You will receive an update within 10 business days of submitting your entry.
